Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at www.bigairac.com or by scheduling or receiving services from Big Air Heat and A/C, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Big Air Heat and A/C provides residential and commercial HVAC services including, but not limited to:

  • Air conditioning repair and diagnostics
  • AC system installation and replacement
  • Preventive maintenance and tune-ups
  • Mini split installation
  • Indoor air quality solutions
  • Duct inspection and repair
  • Emergency AC repair

We serve Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Lehigh Acres, North Fort Myers, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, and surrounding areas in Southwest Florida.

Pricing and Payment

  • Diagnostic Fee: Our standard diagnostic/service call fee is $99. This fee covers the technician's visit and diagnosis of the issue.
  • After-Hours Fee: An additional $100 fee applies for service calls outside regular business hours. Regular hours are Monday–Friday 7 AM–7 PM; the after-hours fee applies 7 PM–7 AM on weeknights and all day Saturday and Sunday.
  • Estimates: We provide written estimates for all repair and installation work before proceeding. You will not be charged for work beyond the diagnostic fee without your explicit approval.
  • Pricing Changes: All prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are honored for the duration specified on the estimate.
  • Financing:Financing is available through Wisetack, subject to credit approval. Terms and conditions of financing are governed by Wisetack's separate agreement.

Warranties

Big Air Heat and A/C stands behind our work with the following warranty coverage:

  • New Installations: Up to 3-year labor warranty on installations. 10-year manufacturer parts warranty. Includes complimentary 6-month checkup and cleaning.
  • Repairs: 1-year parts warranty on repairs.

Warranty terms are subject to the following conditions:

  • Equipment must be maintained according to manufacturer recommendations
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, flooding, or acts of nature
  • Warranty is void if the system is modified or serviced by unauthorized personnel
  • Manufacturer parts warranties are administered through the manufacturer

Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Appointments: We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. Due to the nature of HVAC repair, some appointments may run longer than expected. We will notify you of any significant delays.
  • Cancellation:Please provide at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Access: You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your HVAC equipment. If our technician cannot safely access the equipment, we may need to reschedule.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Air Heat and A/C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Big Air Heat and A/C is not responsible for pre-existing conditions of your HVAC system that may be discovered during service, nor for damage resulting from equipment that has reached the end of its useful life.

Service Area

Our primary service area covers Lee County (Fort Myers, Cape Coral, North Fort Myers, Estero, Lehigh Acres, Bonita Springs) with extended service to Collier County (Naples) and Charlotte County (Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte). Service availability outside these areas is at our discretion and may be subject to additional travel fees.

Big Air Heat and A/C is a licensed and insured HVAC contractor in the State of Florida.
