We built the AC company we couldn't find.
Before Big Air, Joseph worked for other companies and kept running into the same thing: terrible customer service. Calls went unreturned. The office was a mess. Technicians weren't doing the job correctly, and homeowners were left guessing what they had actually paid for.
So he started Big Air to be the opposite. An office that picks up and follows through. Technicians who are knowledgeable, clean, and do the job the right way — by the manufacturer's manual, not by guesswork. And photos and instrument readings on every job, saved to your invoice, so you never have to take our word for it.
