A one-time maintenance visit is $185 per system. As a welcome, your first visit as a new customer is $120 per system — $65 off. There's no payment when you book; you pay $120 after the visit is done. If you'd rather have it handled year-round, the Essentials plan is $285/year and Full Service is $349/year.

What's actually included in the visit?

Both coils cleaned (indoor and outdoor), the drain line flushed and treated, capacitors and amp draws tested, refrigerant pressures and subcooling read on gauges against the manufacturer's chart, all electrical and safety devices inspected, the blower and heater checked, and the filter and thermostat verified. Everything is documented with photos and videos plus a written summary of your system's health, saved to your invoice.

Do I pay anything when I book online?

No. Booking online costs nothing today. You pay $120 per system after your visit is complete. A real person reviews and confirms every booking by text first, so you're never just talking to a robot.

How soon can you come out?

Online booking shows you the soonest windows where a technician is already going to be near you, usually within the week. If you need it sooner, calling is the fastest path — a real person answers, and for service calls we usually come out same-day, often within a couple hours.

What counts as one 'system'?

One indoor unit plus one outdoor unit working together. Pricing is per system, so two indoor and two outdoor units is two systems. A package unit — the all-in-one type usually on the roof or beside the house with nothing inside — is still one system, same price, same service.
