These include appointment confirmations and reminders, “technician on the way” notifications, scheduling and rescheduling, service follow-ups, and replies to your questions.

We will not share or sell your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only by Big Air Heat and A/C and the messaging platform providers, phone carriers, and vendors that help us deliver these messages to you. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP at any time to opt out of text messages.
